4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package directly through our website's tracking page or the carrier's portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Botanical Bench™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and duties).

6. Damages & Lost Packages
